Mains
Add Rice bag (PY1) in boiling water and cook it for 14 minutes.
Heat PY2 pack (Oil pack) in a pan and saute it until light brown on a low flame.
Add PY3 pack (Puliyogare Powder), PY4 pack (Tamarind pulp, Jaggery) and sauté for 30 seconds on low flame.
Add cooked rice, toss gently till evenly coated, and cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame until aromatic.
Garnish with PY5 pack (Roasted Peanuts & Grated Coconut) and serve hot.
