Heat GN1 pack (Oil Pack) for a few seconds.
Add GN2 pack (Onions) and sauté till light golden.
Add GN3 pack (Tomatoes) and cook for 2–3 minutes till they soften.
Add GN4 pack (Spice mix) and GN5 pack (Moong Dal) along with ½ cup water. Mix well and simmer for 5-6 minutes on low flame.
In a separate small pan, heat GN6 pack (Ghee Pack) for tempering until aromatic.
Pour the tempering over the dal, mix gently, and serve hot.
