Add DT1 pack (Oil) to a pan and heat it for a few seconds.
Add DT2 pack (Diced Bottle Gourd) to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes on low flame, then set aside
Add DT3 pack (Ghee pack) to the same pan and heat for a few seconds.
Add DT4 pack (Chopped Tomatoes) and DT5 pack (Tomato Puree) to the pan and sauté for 1 minute. Add 50 ml water.
Add the cooked bottle gourd back to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes until it reaches a semi-dry consistency.
Garnish with DT6 pack (Coriander) and serve hot.
