Mains
Add VQ1 bag (Quinoa) to boiling water and cook for 14–15 mins until fluffy.
Heat VQ2 pack (Oil) in a pan.
Add VQ3 pack (Vegetables) along with VQ4 pack (Seasoning) and sauté for 8-10 mins until lightly roasted.
Add cooked quinoa and toss gently for 1-2 mins.
Turn off heat, add VQ54 pack (Lemon Juice) & VQ6 pack (Basil), mix lightly, and serve warm.
