Mains
Heat MI1 pack (Oil pack) in a pan until aromatic.
Add MI2 pack (Mirchi Ka Salan Paste) and MI3 pack (Spice Mix), sauté for 1 min.
Add MS4 pack (Tamarind) and 150 ml water, bring to simmer.
Add MS5 pack (Green Chilies) and cook for 10 mins until chilies are tender and gravy thickens.
