Mains
Add SC1 (noodles) to boiling water and cook for 13 minutes.
In a pot, add SC2 (oil, chopped ginger and garlic) and SC3 (chopped onions), and sauté for 1 minute or until golden brown.
Add SC4 (minced chicken) and sauté on low heat for 1 minute and Add SC5 (spicy miso paste) and mix well.
Add SC6 (bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, cloud ear mushroom, spring onion) and sauté on low heat for 4 minutes.
Pour in 400 ml water, bring to a boil, then add SC7 (light soya, mirin, salt), followed by the boiled noodles; stir well for 30 seconds and serve hot.
Garnish with SC8 (sesame seeds) and SC9 (boiled egg).
