Add GI1 pack (Onion, Ginger, Tomato, Radish) to a pot with 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add GI2 pack (Veggies)) and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the GI3 pack (Sinigang Mix) and cook for 3–4 minutes until vegetables soften.
Add the GI4 pack (Prawns) and simmer for 5–6 minutes until Prawns are cooked.
Add SB5 pack (Kangkong), stir well, then add SB6 pack (Fish Sauce) to taste and cook for 1 minute.
Turn off heat and serve hot.
