Heat DA1 pack (Oil pack) in a pan and fry DA2 pack (Fish) until golden; remove and set aside.
In a clean pan, heat DA3 pack (Oil pack) and add DA4 pack (Onion); sauté until aromatic.
Add DA5 pack (Coconut Milk, Vinegar), do not stir for 1 minute, then gently mix and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add DA6 pack (Eggplant, Long Green Pepper) and cook for 4–5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Return the fried DA2 pack (Fish) to the pan, add DA7 pack (Coconut Cream), and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Add DA8 pack (Malunggay) and DA9 pack (Condiments), simmer for 1 minute, then turn off heat and serve hot.
