Heat TB1 pack (Oil) in a pan on medium flame.
Add TB2 pack (Tofu) and pan-fry until lightly golden; remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add TB3 (garlic and ginger) and TB4 (onion) packs and sauté until aromatic.
Add TB5 pack with 60 mLof water and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return tofu to the pan, add TB6 pack (sauce), toss well for 1–2 minutes, then serve hot.
