Add quinoa (QV1) to boiling water and cook for 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat QV2 (oil, garlic) in a pot for a few seconds and Add QV3 (onion) and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Add QV4 (broccoli, beans) and QV5 (Veggies), then sauté for 2–3 minutes
Add QV6 (sauce) and mix well.
Add the cooked quinoa and toss for 2 minutes.
