Heat OB1 pack (Olive Oil) in a pan, add OB2 pack (Salmon), and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes; flip and cook for 3-4 minutes until done, then remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add OB3 pack (Butter, Garlic), sauté briefly, then add OB4 pack (Orange Juice, Orange Zest, Honey, Lemon Juice) and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
In another pan, heat OB5 pack (Olive Oil, Garlic) and sauté lightly. Add OB6 pack (Spinach) and cook for 1–2 minutes until sauteed.
Plate the Sauteed spinach, place the salmon on top, pour the orange butter sauce over, and serve
