Boil water in a pot, add IH1 pack (Penne Pasta bag), and cook for 12 minutes until done.
Heat IH2 pack (Olive Oil, Butter, Garlic, Oregano, Seasoning) in a pan, add IH3 pack (Onion), and sauté until translucent.
Add IH4 pack (Mushroom, Spinach) and sauté for 1–2 minutes on medium heat, then add 50 ml water.
Add IH5 pack (Cream, Milk, Parmesan) and simmer on low flame for 1–2 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta, toss well until evenly coated, and serve hot.
