Mains
Heat a pan, add WS1 pack (Olive Oil), and heat for a few seconds.
Add WS2 pack (Chickpeas) and toss for 3–4 minutes until warm, then transfer to a bowl.
In the same pan, heat WS3 pack (Olive Oil) and sear WS4 pack (Halloumi) for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
Add WS5 pack (Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Red Onion, Lettuce) to the bowl and mix well.
Top with the grilled halloumi, add WS6 pack (Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Honey, Dijon Mustard, Garlic, Seasoning), and toss gently.
Garnish with WS7 pack (Parsley, Chilli Flakes) and serve warm.
