Boil water in a pot, add OF1 pack (Basmati Rice bag), and cook for 13 minutes until done.
Heat OF2 pack (Butter, Parsley, Seasoning) in a pan, add the cooked rice, and toss well until evenly coated.
Heat OF3 pack (Olive Oil) in a pan on low flame, add OF4 pack (Beef), and sear for 1–2 minutes; remove and keep aside.
In the same pan, add OF5 pack (Butter, Garlic), heat briefly, then add OF6 pack (Onion) and sauté until translucent.
Add OF7 pack (Mushroom) and cook on medium flame until browned and the moisture evaporates. Lower the flame, add OF8 pack (Flour) and sauté briefly, then add 120 ml water along with OF9 pack (Cream, Dijon Mustard) and mix well to form a smooth sauce.
Add the beef back to the pan, cook for 2–3 minutes, and serve hot with the buttered herb rice.
