Mains
Boil water in a pot, add SW1 pack (Rice), and cook for 13 minutes until done.
Transfer the cooked rice to a bowl, pour SW2 pack (Saffron Water, Butter) over it, cover, and rest for 10 minutes.
Heat SW3 pack (Olive Oil) in a pan, add SW4 pack (Beef Striploin, Shawarma Spice Mix), and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Add SW5 pack (Onion) and sauté for 2–3 minutes until lightly caramelised, then add SW6 pack (Parsley).
Serve the saffron rice in a bowl, top with the beef shawarma, drizzle generously with SW7 pack (Garlic Sauce), and serve hot.
