Add YS1 pack (Couscous) to a bowl, pour 250 ml hot boiling water, add YS2 pack (Butter), cover, and rest for 5 minutes; fluff with a fork and keep aside.
Mix YS3 pack (Lamb Mixture) well and shape into meatballs.
Heat YS4 pack (Olive Oil) in a pan, add the meatballs, and cook until browned on all sides.
Add YS5 pack (Onion, Garlic) along with YS6 pack (Diced Tomatoes) and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened; add YS7 pack (Lemon Juice) and toss briefly.
Plate the couscous at the base, top with the meatballs, add YS8 pack (Cucumber) on the side, finish with YS9 pack (Yogurt Sauce), and serve hot.
