Mains
Add RV1 pack (Couscous) to a bowl, pour 250 ml hot boiling water, add RV2 pack (Butter), cover, and rest for 5 minutes; fluff with a fork and keep aside.
Heat RV3 pack (Olive Oil, Garlic) in a pan for a few seconds, then add RV4 pack (Prawns, Paprika, Oregano, Garlic, Lemon Juice) and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Finish with half of RV5 pack (Butter, Parsley), toss well, and keep aside.
In the same pan, heat the remaining RV5 pack (Butter, Parsley), add RV6 pack (Onion) along with RV7 pack (Zucchini, Red & Yellow Capsicum), and cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes.
Add RV8 pack (Cherry Tomatoes) and sauté for 1 minute.
Serve the prawns with couscous and roasted vegetables hot.
