Heat UW1 pack (Olive Oil) in a pan, add UW2 pack (Baby Potatoes), and roast for 3–4 minutes until golden; keep aside.
In the same pan, heat UW3 pack (Butter, Seasoning) and sauté UW4 pack (Green Beans, Zucchini) for 1–2 minutes; keep aside
In the same pan, heat UW5 pack (Olive Oil), add UW6 pack (Hammou), and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side on low flame until done.
Plate the roasted potatoes and greens as the base, place the hammour on top, and spoon UW7 pack (Pistachios, Basil, Garlic, Parmesan) generously over the fish. Serve hot.
