Add GM1 (oil, butter, chopped garlic) to a pan and sauté for a few seconds.
Add GM2 (chopped onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add GM3 (mutton) and GM4 (green peas). Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add (GM5) spice mix and stir well.
Add Indian gravy (GM6), 300 ml water, and half the chopped coriander (GM8); cook on low flame for 10–12 minutes until semi-dry.
Turn off the flame, add cooking cream (GM7), and mix well. Garnish with remaining chopped coriander (GM8).
