Add WZ1 pack (Couscous) to a bowl, pour 250 ml hot boiling water over it, cover, and rest for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork, then mix in WZ2 pack (Butter, Parsley) and WZ3 pack (Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Seasoning).
In the same pan, heat UW3 pack (Butter, Seasoning) and sauté UW4 pack (Green Beans, Zucchini) for 1–2 minutes; keep aside
Heat WZ4 pack (Olive Oil) in a pan, add WZ5 pack (Chicken Breast), and sear for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through; remove and keep aside.
In the same pan, heat WZ6 pack (Butter, Garlic), add WZ7 pack (Onion), and sauté until soft. Add WZ8 pack (Zucchini) and cook for 2 minutes while retaining some texture.
Add 120 ml water and simmer for 2 minutes, then add WZ9 pack (Saffron Water, Cream, Parsley, Basil, Lemon Zest) and cook until slightly thickened.
Return the chicken to the pan and coat well with the saffron cream sauce. Serve hot with the lemon herb couscous.
