Heat WO1 pack (Olive Oil, Butter, Garlic) in a pan, add WO2 pack (Baby Potatoes), and toss until lightly golden. Add WO3 pack (Dijon Mustard, Parsley, Lemon Juice, Seasoning), mix well, and keep warm.
Heat WO4 pack (Olive Oil) in a pan, add WO5 pack (Chicken Breast), and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through; remove and keep aside.
In the same pan, add WO6 pack (Butter, Garlic), then add WO7 pack (Onion) and sauté until soft.
Add WO8 pack (Black Olives, Green Olives, Capers, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Parsley) and cook for 1 minute.
Add 80 ml water along with WO9 pack (Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest) and simmer briefly. Return the chicken to the pan and coat well with the olive mixture. Serve with the warm tossed potatoes and garnish with WO10 pack (Fresh Parsley).
