Heat OM1 pack (Olive Oil) in a pan, add OM2 pack (Chicken Breast), and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through; remove and keep aside.
In the same pan, add OM3 pack (Butter, Garlic), then add OM4 pack (Onion) and sauté until soft. Add OM5 pack (Mushrooms) and cook for 1 minute.
Add 120 ml water and simmer for 2 minutes, then add OM6 pack (Fresh Cream, Dijon Mustard, Parsley, Black Pepper, Thyme) and simmer for 1 minute. Return the chicken to the pan and coat well with the mushroom pepper sauce.
In a separate pan, heat OM7 pack (Butter, Garlic) and add OM8 pack (Broccoli, Carrot, Beans, Zucchini, Baby Potato). Toss the vegetables for 1–2 minutes until heated through
Serve the chicken in mushroom pepper sauce with the sautéed vegetables.
