Mains
Boil water in a pot, add LT1 pack (Linguine Bag), and cook for 12 minutes until done.
Heat LT2 pack (Olive Oil, Butter, Garlic) in a pan, add LT3 pack (Onion), and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
Add LT4 pack (Mushrooms) and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned, then add 60 ml water.
Add LT5 pack (Fresh Cream, Parmesan, Seasoning) and simmer gently until well combined.
Add the cooked linguine and toss well until evenly coated. Finish with LT6 pack (Truffle Oil, Parsley), mix through, and serve hot.
