Boil SV1 (noodles) in water for 13 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Add SV2 (oil, garlic, ginger) to a wok and sauté for a few seconds.
Add SV3 (veggies) and SV4 (Schezwan mix), sauté 2–3 mins, then add noodles and toss for 2–3 mins.
Garnish with SV5 (spring onion) and serve hot.
