Boil SN1 (noodles) in water for 13 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Add SN2 (oil, garlic, ginger) to a wok and sauté for a few seconds. Mix SN3 with 15ml water, pour into the wok, and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add SN4 (chicken) and cook for 2–3 minutes. dd SN5 (veggies), SN6 (Schezwan mix), and half of SN7 (spring onion), toss for 1–2 minutes.
Add the boiled noodles and toss for 2–3 minutes until well combined and Garnish with the remaining SN7 and serve hot.
