Mains
Add SG1 (ghee, garlic, green chilli) to a pot and sauté until golden brown.
Add SG2 (chicken mix) and sauté for a few seconds.
Add SG3 (palak paste) and SG4 (tomato paste) with 50ml water, then bring to a boil on low flame.
Add SG5 (spice mix) and boil for 3–4 minutes.
Simmer ans serve hot
