Add VK1 pack (ghee, green chilly) to a pot and sauté for a few seconds.
Add VK2 pack (chopped onion) and sauté for 2–3 minutes on medium heat.
Add VK3 pack (mixed vegetables) and VK4 pack (spices) to the pot and mix well.
Add VK5 pack (tomato paste) along with 150 ml of water and boil for 10–12 minutes on medium heat.
Garnish with VK6 pack (chopped coriander) and serve hot.
