Soups
Add ZM1 (oil, ginger garlic paste) to a pot and sauté for a few seconds.
Add ZM2 (red chilly paste), sauté briefly, then add ZM3 (onion paste) and cook 1–2 mins, followed by ZM4 (mutton) sautéed for 1 min.
Add 300ml water, bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
