Starters
In a bowl, add CY1 (shallots mix), CY2 (spice mix), and CY3 (seasoning) and Add CY4 (chicken strips), mix well, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat CY5 (oil) in a pan and pan-fry the chicken for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve with CY6 (peanut sauce).
