Starters
Heat MB1 (oil, ginger, garlic, green chili, sesame seeds) in a pan and sauté for 30 seconds on medium heat.
Add MB2 (onion cubes), MB3 (mushroom & capsicum cubes), and 30 ml water; sauté for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Add MB4 (seasonings and sauces) and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Mix 30 ml water with MB5 (cornflour), shake well, add to the pan, and sauté until thickened to a dry consistency.
Garnish with MB6 (chopped spring onion).
