Starters
Heat PB1 (oil, ginger, garlic, green chili, sesame seeds) in a pan and sauté for 30 seconds on medium heat.
Add PB2 (onion cubes), PB3 (paneer & capsicum cubes), and 50 ml water; sauté for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Add PB4 (sauces and seasoning) and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Mix 30 ml water with PB5 (cornflour), shake well, add to the pan, and sauté until the sauce thickens to a dry consistency.
Garnish with PB6 (chopped spring onion).
