Heat FT1 (olive oil) in a pan for a few seconds.

Add FT2 (shredded chicken) and fry for 5–6 minutes on medium heat, then in a bowl, mix FT3 (onion), FT4 (red & yellow capsicum, cherry tomato), FT5 (seasoning mix), and half of FT8 (parsley).

Spread FT7 (avocado paste) on the tortillas, layer with the fried chicken, then top with the veggie mixture. Garnish with the remaining parsley (FT8).
