Mix TA1 (hung curd), TA2 (spices, mustard oil, etc.) in a bowl until smooth and Coat TA3 (chicken leg)
Heat 1 butter cube, fry chicken 5–6 mins low heat with lid, flip, add ½ butter cube, cook other side 5–6 mins.
Light the coal (TA5) in a bowl, place chicken around it, add ½ butter cube on coal, cover for 1–2 mins to infuse smoke.
Serve hot with TA6 (green chutney).
