Starters
Add PF1 (oil, green chilli, curry leaves, ginger garlic) to a pot and sauté for a few seconds.
Add PF2 (onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add PF3 (mutton) and sauté for 1 minute and Add PF4 (spice mix) and sauté on low flame for 3 minutes.
Pour in 200ml water and cook until dry.
Garnish with PF5 (chopped coriander).
