Starters
In a bowl, mix TP1 (green chutney + spices) and TP2 (hung curd) well.
Add TP3 (paneer) to the bowl, coat well, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat TP4 (oil) and half the TP5 (butter) in a pan. Fry the marinated paneer on low flame for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Light TP6 (coal) in a bowl with fried paneer around it, pour remaining butter on coal, cover for 2 minutes to smoke.
Serve hot with TP7 (green chutney).
