Starters
Mix hung curd with cashew paste, spices, and seasonings (AC1, AC2, AC3).
Marinate chicken and rest for 10 minutes (AC4).
Heat oil and half of butter, fry chicken for 5-6 minutes each side (AC5, AC6).
Smoke with coal and remaining butter for 2 minutes (AC6).
Serve hot with green chutney (AC7).
