Starters
In a bowl, mix PR1 pack (cornflour mix) with 50 ml water and coat the paneer from PR2 pack.
Heat a pan, add PR3 pack (oil), and fry the coated paneer on low heat for 3–4 minutes on each side.
In a separate pan, sauté PR4 pack (ginger, garlic, green chilly) for 30 seconds.
Add PR5 pack (diced onion, capsicum) and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Pour in PR6 pack (sauce mix), mix well, and let it combine.
Add fried paneer to the pan, toss briefly, and garnish with PR7 pack (spring onion). Serve hot.
