Starters
Mix hung curd with cashew paste, spices, and seasonings (BM1, BM2, BM3).
Marinate broccoli and rest for 10 minutes (BM4).
Heat oil and half of butter, fry broccoli for 5-6 minutes per side (BM5, BM6).
Smoke with coal and remaining butter for 2 minutes (BM6).
Serve hot with green chutney (BM7).
