Heat YG1 (oil, chopped ginger, garlic) in a pot for a few seconds.
Add YG2 (chopped onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add YG3 (mutton with lemon juice, stock cube, salt, yogurt) and mix well.
Pour in 500 ml water and add the whole garam masala bag YG4.
Boil on low flame for 12-13 minutes, then remove the garam masala bag.
Serve hot, garnished with YG5 (chopped coriander).
