Heat MM1 (oil, garlic, curry leaves, green chilly) in a pan for a few seconds.
Add MM2 (onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add MM3 (mutton with xacuti spices) and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in 150 ml water and bring to a boil.
Add MM4 (coconut paste) and cook until the mixture is semi-dry.
Add MM5 (grated coconut, coriander) and sauté for 30 seconds.
