Starters
Heat VF1 (olive oil) in a pan for a few seconds.
Add VF2 (capsicum, sliced mushroom) and VF3 (julienne white onion) to the pan. Sauté for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
Stir in VF4 (lemon juice, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, cumin, oregano) and mix well.
In a separate pan, warm the VF5 (tortillas) on both sides.
Layer the warm tortillas on a plate. Spread VF6 (avocado paste) on them, then top with the sautéed veggies.
Garnish with VF7 (parsley) and serve.
