Add UR1 (oil, green chilly, curry leaves, fennel seeds) to a pot and sauté for a few seconds.
Add UR2 (chopped onion) and sauté until golden brown.
Add UR3 (baby potatoes, fennel seed powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt) with 100 ml water; cook until dry.
Add UR4 (chopped coriander) and mix well.
